Shamira Drakeford is the Founder and CEO of Cohesive ConNEXTion LLC and The Business Entrepreneur Success Training Program (The B.E.ST. Program).

 

She launched Cohesive ConNEXTion in 2020, at the height of the pandemic, to help build back communities. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Berkeley College in 2015 and her Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Montclair State University in 2019.

 

Shamira's time and efforts are spent supporting her community by volunteering her time. Currently, she serves as the Board President for a charter school in Passaic County. In addition to her role there, she also volunteers as a Big for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hudson, Essex, and Union Counties.

 

Shamira has a passion for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and the youth.
